Job summary

Providence Swedish First Hill is seeking a RN for NICU (Level IV) on a full-time, 36-hour week schedule with 12-hour night shifts. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible rehires and external hires who meet qualifications. Join a patient-focused team delivering world‑class care and advancing neonatal outcomes.

Successful candidates will hold a WA RN license, BLS and NRP on hire, and have at least 1 year of nursing experience, contributing to a compassionate, safety-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
• American Academy of Pediatrics NRP certification upon hire.
• 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, identify nursing diagnoses, plan, implement and evaluate patients’ care.
• Coordinate patient plans of care to achieve goals and optimize outcomes.
• Monitor, document and communicate patient condition.
• Ensure safety and quality by applying best practices and evidence-based care.
• Support learning within the team and with patients and families.
• Lead and collaborate with inter-professional care teams.
