Job summary

Providence Swedish First Hill is looking for an RN to support the Level IV NICU during 12-hour night shifts on a full-time schedule. The role emphasizes delivering high-acuity newborn care within a multidisciplinary team and advancing patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License on hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association on hire.
• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics on hire.
• 1 year nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, identify nursing diagnoses, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Develop, update and coordinate the patient’s plan of care to optimize outcomes.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care and patient autonomy.
• Lead in safety, quality and professional development within the care team.
