Providence Swedish First Hill is seeking a NICU RN (Level IV) for full-time night shifts on a 12-hour schedule. This on-site role offers a sign-on bonus for eligible hires and a comprehensive benefits package starting on the first day.

36-hour weeks, with 12-hour shifts and night coverage. Qualifications include WA RN license, BLS and NRP certifications, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License at hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification at hire.
• American Academy of Pediatrics NRP certification at hire.
• 1 year nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, identify nursing diagnoses, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Develop and coordinate the patient's plan of care to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor and communicate patient condition; maintain essential competencies.
