Job summary

Providence Swedish First Hill in Seattle is hiring a RN for NICU Level IV. This full-time, night-shift role offers 12-hour shifts and a 36-hour week schedule, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires.

You will provide specialized nursing care, develop plans, advocate for families, and lead in patient safety and quality initiatives, with comprehensive benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Washington RN License
• Upon hire: BLS certification
• Upon hire: NRP certification
• 1 year nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, identifies nursing diagnoses and plans; implements and evaluates patient care.
• Develops and updates the patient’s plan of care to optimize outcomes.
• Advocates for ethical, holistic care and supports patient autonomy.
• Leads and coordinates teams to ensure safety, quality and evidence-based practice.
• Promotes learning for patients, families and healthcare team members.
