Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in state of practice or compact license.
• BLS certification required; ability to obtain prior start date.

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care per standards of practice.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Mentor, supervise and precept new graduates on unit.
• Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record.
