Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital is seeking a New Grad RN Resident for the Emergency Department. You will join a Magnet-designated team and participate in a one-year Nurse Residency with dedicated mentors and a robust education track.

As a Night shift RN Resident, you will provide direct patient care across pediatric to geriatric populations, gaining hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-acuity settings while benefiting from a strong support system and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS certification upon hire or within one year

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in the Emergency Department/Nurse Residency program.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
• Participate in a structured core curriculum with hands-on simulation and supervised practice.
• Document patient care and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and escalate concerns as needed.
