Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital is seeking a New Grad RN Resident for the Emergency Department in Cleveland. This Magnet Hospital offers a one-year Nurse Residency with nine tracks, online modules, simulation, and hands-on training.

You will work nights (7:00 pm–7:30 am) with rotating weekends/holidays, interacting with patients and families to deliver exceptional care and healthcare education. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current state RN license and BLS; ACLS and PALS required on hire or within 12 months.
• New graduate or RN with <=1 year of acute direct care experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care on the Emergency Department floor.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Document patient care and outcomes in the medical record.
• Participate in the one-year Nurse Residency core curriculum.
• Demonstrate safety and clinical judgement in high‑acuity situations.
• Collaborate with preceptors and support staff to ensure efficient care.
