Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital, Inc. Yale Campus in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Neonatal ICU Respiratory Therapist to deliver and evaluate respiratory care during night shifts. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation bonus up to $5,000.

Requires NBRC CRT/RRT, Oklahoma license, and BLS within 2 months of hire. 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends; strong NICU experience preferred and ability to work in a fast-paced neonatal environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program.
• Valid Oklahoma Provisional/ Respiratory Care Practitioner License or temporary license.
• CRT/RRT credential through NBRC; BLS within 2 months of hire.
• 0–6 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate respiratory care in alignment with hospital standards.
• Provide mechanical ventilation and monitor patient response.
• Perform medication administration via nebulizers or MDI.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records.
• Assist with procedures like bronchoscopy as appropriate.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and communicate effectively.
