Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive store success across multiple locations in the district. You will delegate tasks, mentor staff, and maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

This role offers set schedules with every other weekend off and a competitive benefits package including paid parental leave, 401k match, stock ownership, and comprehensive medical coverage. Expect travel between nearby stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve shared goals.
• Food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles daily (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles).
• Must be 18+ years old (noting VA law requires Supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with assistance and perform up to 20 pounds lift independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop skills to deliver exceptional service and provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations across stores in the district.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following regulatory standards and company policies.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
