Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple locations within your district. You will delegate tasks, mentor team members, and travel between stores to ensure consistent service and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Must multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds (40 with assistance).
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old (Virginia law notes Supervisors may need to be 21+ for certain tasks).
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve shared goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop skills to deliver exceptional service and provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive and engaging store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
