Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5+ years of experience required.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Replace and repair patient room equipment and fixtures.
• Respond to electrical, HVAC, and plumbing failures.
• Assist in installation of signage and wall-hung items.
• Provide maintenance support in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and facility improvement functions.
• Communicate progress with the manager and team.
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and replace medical gases as needed.
• Respond to equipment failures in the Boiler Room.

Education
