Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/SCI with no experience; or STEM degree with 2+ years maintenance experience.
• Associate degree in STEM with 2+ years maintenance or 6+ years experience.
• High School Diploma with 2.5+ years related maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of technical/trade certification or 3+ years technical experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on technical experience, including military.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience, including military.

Responsibilities

• Provide sustaining support for module equipment and components, including installation and qualification of new equipment.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of module equipment per schematics and manuals.
• Design and develop tooling/fixtures to support manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with engineering on repair development and manufacturability.
• Create detailed documentation for procedures and compliance.
• Interface with engineering and report schedule updates to management.
• Assist engineering with troubleshooting via data analysis and experiments.
• Support new equipment installations and process improvements.
• Coordinate with manufacturing floor to meet factory commitments.
• Operate equipment and evaluate issues, especially off-shift hours.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, optical engineering, physics, electrical engineering, computer science or related field

STEM degree with 2+ years equipment maintenance experience

3+ years of technical/trade certification or experience

4+ years hands-on technical experience (military welcome)
