• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science or MLS.
• 2+ years clinical lab experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English; good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-analytical activities including equipment maintenance and specimen processing.
• Conduct analytical testing and reporting of results.
• Participate in quality control and proficiency testing.
• Assist in training new employees and students; may act as preceptor.
• Support laboratory leadership in performance improvement activities.
