Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer and mechanical skills, and the ability to work a 12-hour shift. Night shift offers a $2/hour differential and a $3,000 welcome bonus.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Basic mechanical and technical skills are required.
• Must be able to problem solve, multitask/prioritize and pay attention to detail.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour shift.
• Manufacturing experience of 1-3 years is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Operates Mixer at a high efficiency level.
• Operates all tool processing equipment.
• Handles raw materials.
• Maintain work area by keeping all tools and equipment in designated areas.
• -5’s are observed and documented as part of daily duties.
