Uponor, Inc. is hiring for a full-time night-shift position in Hutchinson, MN. The role supports material mixing and tool coating on the production floor, including staging hoppers, scrap disposal, and preparing PEX tools for extrusion.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to work a 12-hour shift. Night shift pays $2/hr differential over base $20.50–$27.22/hr, with a $3000 welcome bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Basic mechanical and technical skills are required.
• Must be able to problem solve, multitask/prioritize and pay attention to detail.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour shift.
• Manufacturing experience of 1-3 years is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Operates Mixer at a high efficiency level.
• Operates all tool processing equipment.
• Handles raw materials.
• Maintain work area by keeping all tools and equipment in designated areas. -5's
• Monitors all functions of Mixer (A), (B), and while in operation documents all data on Production Log.
• Maintains communications with the lead and supervisor of the mixing and tooling group.
• Handles and disposes of scrap material.
• Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in lean initiatives.
