Job summary

Uponor, part of GF Building Flow Solutions, in Hutchinson, MN, is seeking a Mixing and Tooling Operator to support material mixing and tool coating on the production floor. You will stage mixed material hoppers, dispose of scrap, and prepare PEX tools for extrusion while operating the mixer and tooling.

We offer a 4x4 schedule (4 on, 4 off) from 6pm to 6am, with a base pay of $20.50–$27.22/hour plus a $2 night differential and a $3,000 welcome bonus.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Basic mechanical and technical skills are required.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour shift.
• Manufacturing experience of 1-3 years is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operates Mixer at a high efficiency level.
• Operates all tool processing equipment.
• Handles raw materials.
• Maintain work area by keeping all tools and equipment in designated areas.
• Documents data on Production Log.
• Seeks opportunities to contribute to lean initiatives.
