Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active and valid Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• Successful completion of Peer Employment Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest care and advocacy including No-Force-First recovery environment.
• Ongoing observation of individuals for significant changes and reporting.
• Assist in developing natural supports and community living with guests.
• Assist with food preparation, serving and cleanup as needed.
• Assist individuals with shower and personal care.
• Perform room safety checks and ensure clean, safe rooms.
• Respond to critical situations with quick, appropriate action; document clinically as required.
• Adhere to regulations and Recovery Innovations policies; maintain confidentiality.
