Job summary

Recovery Innovations is hiring a Shift Supervisor for the Cumberland Recovery Response Center in Fayetteville, NC. This full-time, non-exempt role oversees staff during a night shift and coordinates discharge planning, assessments, and treatment planning in collaboration with clients and their support networks.

The position requires a Master’s in Psychology or Social Work, an active Behavioral Health license or licensure in progress, and at least two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required.
• State designation as required per state regulations.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching and supervision for all staff on assigned shift.
• Guides the discharge planning process.
• Completes psychosocial assessments and develops treatment plans with individuals.
• Partners with individuals to obtain collateral information from support networks.
• Determines provisional diagnosis and submits authorizations for service.
• Ensures incident reports are completed and filed.
• Adheres to Recovery Innovations policies and compliance standards.
• Travel may be required based on business needs.
