Job summary

Recovery Innovations in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts at the Crisis - Wake Recovery Response Center. The RN will oversee the medical, psychiatric, and nursing care, coordinating with community health agencies and serving as a clinical liaison until services are established.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing school, active RN license, and at least one year in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• State-specific RN license; Compact licensure preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Guest Care & Advocacy: coordinates services with health, mental health and social service agencies.
• Conducts assessments and treatment plans.
• Provides individual and family counseling.
• Participates in developing educational curriculum.
• Supervises and/or provides nursing treatment and monitoring (e.g., diabetes, blood pressure).
• Administers medication as required by protocol.
• Completes clinical documentation as required.
• Maintains compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
