Arrow Senior Living in Columbia, MO seeks a Memory Care Support Partner for evenings and overnight hours. You will engage residents with empathy, observe needs, and help plan activities that support daily living.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print and enter resident information.
• Physically active and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and after falls.
• Criminal record clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Advocate empathy by building human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to learn interests and abilities and plan engagement.
• Set up environments and routines to support daily life.
• Partner with residents to support daily activities from morning to night.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Orient new memory care team members to neighborhoods.
