Planet Fitness in Colorado is seeking an Overnight Custodian / Member Services Representative to join our 24/7 facility. The role combines custodial duties with member services, including greeting members, assisting with sign ups, updating billing information, handling cancellations, and processing retail transactions.

You will answer phones, conduct tours for prospective members, and address questions in a timely, professional manner while ensuring club safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer and POS proficiency.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Bilingual preferred but not required (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests as they enter and exit.
• Handle member sign ups, billing updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Provide tours to prospective members and assess membership needs.
• Ensure safety of members and club property.
