Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Custodian / Member Services Representative to maintain cleanliness and provide high-quality member service. The role operates 10:00 pm–6:00 am in a 24/7 facility, combining custodial duties with member interactions to ensure a welcoming, spotless fitness environment.

The ideal candidate will have custodial or cleaning experience, basic computer and POS skills, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to work the 3rd shift – 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
• Custodial experience preferred.
• Some customer service experience helpful.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic computer and POS proficiency.
• Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Custodial duties: clean/sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, equipment, and facility areas; restock supplies.
• Member Services: greet guests, assist with sign-ups, update billing info, process memberships and retail transactions; handle calls and tours.
