Planet Fitness in Livonia, MI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members and guests, provide exceptional service, assist with sign-ups, log amenities, and communicate updates and billing questions. This role offers a set schedule and a strong benefits package.

The position includes medical, dental and vision insurance (eligible), an employee referral bonus, a $1/hour premium for hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and a path for professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Continual standing and walking during your shift.
• Continual talking to members and potential members in person and on the phone during your shift.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and making them feel welcome.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, provide tours, sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.
