Job summary

Planet Fitness in California is seeking a Customer Service Representative to drive new member sales and create a positive member experience by delivering a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

You will greet potential members, answer calls, assist with tours and sign-ups, help with check-ins and account updates, and collaborate with the Club Manager to resolve issues while keeping the club clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answering phone calls, taking info calls and tours, assist in member sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
