Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Medication Technician/Caregiver for Ranch Estates Scottsdale. You will administer medications, provide daily living assistance, and help manage wellness staffing.

You’ll report to the Wellness Director and collaborate with the care team to ensure resident safety and dignity. The role requires state certification as a Medication Aide, English fluency, physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and flexibility for 10pm-6am shifts at our Scottsdale

Qualifications

• Must maintain certification in the state where you work if required.
• Completion of state-required education/certificates/testing for medication aides.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Must be in good physical health; lift up to 40 pounds.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administers or assists with administration of medications according to physician orders.
• Documents medications on MAR and ensures accuracy at shift end.
• Conducts change of shift reports with incoming staff.
• Maintains security of medication cart and narcotic keys per policy.
• Provides activities of daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility).
• Works collaboratively with peers and maintains professional demeanor.
• Reports suspected abuse to licensed staff.
• Observes changes in residents’ condition and communicates with Wellness Director.
• Assists residents with swallowing difficulties and meals as needed.
• Responds promptly to emergencies and notifies nurse or director.
