The Ranch Estates of Tucson is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to administer medications and provide compassionate care to our residents. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and teamwork within a family-like environment.

Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, scheduling wellness activities, and reporting changes in residents’ condition to the supervisor. Qualified candidates maintain state certifications and pass background checks.

Competenze

• Must be certified in all three levels (Supervisory, Directed, Personal).
• Must be able to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must maintain certification in the state where you work if required.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check upon hire.

Mansioni

• Administers or assists with medication administration per MAR and physician orders.
• Provides physical and psychosocial care promoting dignity and independence.
• Plans wellness schedule at least two weeks in advance and participates in on-call rotations.
• Documents services on company forms and maintains medication cart security.
• Reports changes in residents’ condition to Wellness Director or charge nurse.
