Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state medication administration license (CNA/CMA/QMAP/Certified Caregiver) or meet state requirements for medication administration in assisted living.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medications as per care plans.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory, storage, and coordinate with pharmacies for re-orders/deliveries.
• Provide compassionate support with activities of daily living in a team setting.
