Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville, GA seeks a Laboratory Technologist Generalist on the night shift to prioritize testing and produce accurate, timely results across multiple lab areas.

You will maintain CAP/DNV/CLIA-compliant records, work in 3–4 areas (Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology and/or Blood Bank), and participate in ongoing quality control and education to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related field required.
• ASCP, NCA, or AMT licensure required.
• Experience in clinical laboratory settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine and stat testing per policy.
• Maintain accurate lab records and QC documentation.
• Calibrate equipment and assist in other lab areas as needed.
• Support adolescent to geriatric patient care standards.
