Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MT/MLS registry eligible within 1 year of hire.
• MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) or equivalent within 1 year of hire.
• Experience following testing procedures and QA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proficiency in testing procedures and QA documentation.
• Prepares reagents and maintains inventory to reduce waste.
• Troubleshoots test systems and coordinates with specialists as needed.
• Ensures procedures meet CAP, TJC, OSHA accreditation requirements.
• Maintains clear shift communications with leadership and staff.
• Participates in staff meetings and quality improvement projects.
• Engages in competency assessment and ongoing training.
