Advocate Health, Department: 60188 WI ACL Laboratories - AMC BayCare, is seeking a full-time Medical Laboratory Technologist. Three 10-hour shifts per week (8p-6:30a) with 1 in 3 weekends and 2 holidays annually. Pay range: $30.70–$46.05 per hour.

Responsibilities include performing tests, evaluating results, calibrating equipment, and ensuring quality control. Requires MT/MLS/AMT/ASCP BOC certification within 1 year and a Bachelor's in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology.
• MT/MLS/ASCP certification within 1 year.

Aufgaben

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests according to established protocols.
• Evaluates results for clinical significance and reports results.
• Calibrates, maintains, and repairs instruments; detects malfunctions and corrects them.
• Ensures quality control/assurance per protocol and takes corrective action.
• Collects specimens from patients per protocol.
• Provides training and technical assistance to staff and students.
• Supports CAP accreditation requirements and proficiency testing.
• Supports transfusion services and specialty testing as needed.
