Advocate Health's Atrium Health Anson Lab is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to work full-time, nights, Fri-Sun (7p-7a). You will perform testing, prepare reagents, manage inventory, and ensure QA and regulatory compliance. Applicants must have an associate degree or CLIA-equivalent and MLT certification within one year.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proficiency with testing procedures and QA guidelines.
• Prepares reagents and maintains supply inventory to reduce waste.
• Exercises clinical judgment to prioritize issues and coordinate with support teams.
• Supports procedure reviews and ensures regulatory compliance (CAP, TJC, OSHA).
• Maintains real-time shift communications with leadership about issues affecting patient care.
