Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS), St. Joseph's Highland is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technician to perform routine and complex testing in all major clinical laboratory areas. Under general supervision, this role ensures accurate and valid test results that support diagnosis and treatment.

The position is a full-time Nights shift at Green Bay - St. Mary's, with 36 hours per week and 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required and NAACLS accredited MLT program, or 60 credit hours with 6 hours chemistry and 6 hours biology plus 50 week US military medical laboratory training, or 60 credit hours with 6 hours chemistry and 6 hours biology and 3 years lab experience in last 10 years.
• Physician Enterprise: Associates degree in Laboratory Sciences (chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory) is required.

Education
