Qualifications

• Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-analytical activities including equipment prep, specimen collection, and inventory control.
• Carry out post-analytical tasks like reporting results and supporting clinical staff.
• Complete tests and analyses following SOPs with accuracy.
• Participate in proficiency testing and comply with regulations.
• Mentor or precept new staff and students when needed.
• Support safety, PPE use, and hazardous waste handling; contribute to quality improvement.
