Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree with MLT registry eligibility and will obtain certification within one year. Sign-on bonus eligibility is available based on eligibility and performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education required (CLIA).
• MLT registry eligible or equivalent required.
• MLT (ASCP/AMT) or equivalent certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow testing procedures and QA guidelines for equipment and work area.
• Prepare reagents and manage inventory to reduce waste.
• Exercise clinical judgment to set priorities and troubleshoot with specialists.
• Review and revise procedures to comply with accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Maintain clear shift-to-shift communications with leadership.
