Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Medical Technologist/MLT/Lab Technician for the Molecular Microbiology lab at the Main Campus in Cleveland. The role involves night shifts (8:00pm–6:30am or 9:30pm–8:00am), testing across complexity levels, and contributing to patient care with accurate results.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant science and CLIA high complexity qualifications. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a chemical/biological/clinical or medical laboratory science.
• Meets CLIA qualifications for high complexity testing personnel grandfathering clause.

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret tests at all complexity levels.
• Maintain quality control records and instrument calibration.
• Adhere to lab policies and document accurate test results.
• Participate in continuing education and annual competency assessments.
• Assist with training and education of students or staff.
