Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in lab science or CLIA-equivalent training.
• Demonstrated phlebotomy competency where applicable.
• Must meet state certification requirements and maintain credentials.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived and non-waived tests in a timely, accurate manner under supervision.
• Assist with department compliance for CLIA, JCAHO, CAP and OSHA requirements.
• Collect, receipt and process biological specimens as needed by the lab.
• Follow established policies, procedures and professional standards.
