Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-analytical activities including equipment maintenance and specimen collection.
• Conduct analytical tests and report results per SOPs.
• Maintain equipment and laboratory spaces through cleaning and disinfection.
• Participate in proficiency testing and quality improvement activities.
• Mentor staff and support education of new employees and students.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
