Qualifications

• Bachelors in a chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science or medical technology.
• 2+ years of clinical lab experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow SOPs and comply with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-analytical activities including equipment maintenance, function checks, inventory control, specimen collection, processing, cleaning and disinfection.
• Conducts post-analytical activities including reporting results and providing technical support.
• Completes tests and analytical procedures according to SOPs.
• Participates in proficiency testing and regulatory compliance.
• May act as a preceptor to train new employees and students.
