Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or related industrial experience.
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment following procedures and safety rules.
• Meet daily production schedules and quality targets.
• Monitor product quality and report non-conforming materials.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production records and logs accurately.
• Follow GMPs, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with setup, changeovers, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Communicate production issues and improvements to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement for safety, quality, productivity and waste reduction.
• Provide training or guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
