Job summary

B. Braun Medical, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a production associate to operate in an FDA and cGMP regulated setting.

You will interface with production equipment, perform setup, cleaning, adjustments, troubleshoot jams, and support preventative maintenance to keep lines running smoothly. The role requires a high school diploma and 3–5 years of related experience, with a strong emphasis on accurate data entry, batch records, and adherence to established procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires working knowledge of technical field/area of specialization.
• Follows established procedures and guidelines.
• May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform production related tasks in an FDA and cGMP regulated environment
• Interface with production equipment including setup, cleaning, adjustments, resolving jams, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance activities
• Moves, repositions and/or transfers pallets
• Perform cleaning activities as directed and document in logbooks
• Utilize good documentation practices to input data on batch records and record activities performed
• May be assigned to assist other product lines or departments as needed
• Complete assigned training within established deadlines
• Other responsibilities as assigned by lead or supervisor
