Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove molds in injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot plastic parts that do not meet quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections on parts and document results.
• Train new operators and provide leadership to the team.
• Operate in FDA and cGMP-regulated environment.
• Interface with production equipment for setup, cleaning, adjustments, jams, and maintenance.
• Record batch data using GDP and review controlled documents.
