Job summary

B. Braun Medical, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician for an onsite role in Allentown, Pennsylvania. You will operate production equipment, monitor quality, and support efficient manufacturing in a regulated environment.

The position emphasizes assembling, equipment operation, documentation, and collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure safe, compliant production and continuous improvement. Shift is 3/4 X 12, with overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 2 years of manufacturing, production, technical operations, or related experience; or PBS requirements completed at the appropriate level.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety requirements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to complete production documentation and maintain detailed records.
• Basic computer proficiency for entering/reviewing production data.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and systems per procedures, safety rules, and schedules.
• Manufacture products to defined specs while meeting quality, productivity, scrap, and efficiency targets.
• Monitor product quality and document non-conforming materials or products.
• Perform routine equipment adjustments, troubleshooting, and minor fixes to minimize downtime.
• Complete production records, batch docs, and logs per GDP requirements.
• Support line clearance, startup, changeover, and shutdown activities.
