Job summary

B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a Production Technician to operate production equipment, monitor quality, and support efficient manufacturing in a regulated environment. This on-site role collaborates with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to maintain productivity and reduce waste.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 6 months to 2 years in manufacturing or related fields. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and safety compliance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 2 years in manufacturing, production, or related field (PBS if applicable).
• Ability to operate production equipment and follow SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and manufacturing systems per procedures and schedules.
• Produce products to defined specs, meeting quality, productivity, scrap, and efficiency targets.
• Monitor product quality and document non-conformities.
• Perform routine equipment adjustments, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• Accurately complete production records, batch logs, and GDP-compliant documentation.
• Support line clearance, startup, changeovers, and shutdowns for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following safety policies.
• Provide guidance and support to teammates and assist with training.
• Participate in process-improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, and waste reduction.
