Job summary

B. Braun Medical Inc. is hiring a General Manufacturing Associate to assemble, package, inspect, and support production of medical devices in a regulated setting. You will operate production equipment, complete required records, and help drive safety, quality, and productivity goals on a rotating shift.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, manual dexterity, and adherence to GDP and SOPs, with on-site work and a non-standard schedule to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience OR PBS completion.
• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, label, and inspect medical devices per procedures and quality standards.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely following work instructions.
• Monitor product quality and report non-conforming materials/products.
• Complete production records and GDP-compliant documentation.
• Conduct routine cleaning and housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
• Use measuring tools to verify product specifications and quality.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance quality, efficiency, safety, and reduce waste.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, quality, and support functions to meet goals.
• Cross-train and rotate between workstations as needed.
