The role involves manufacturing medical products, following procedures, operating production equipment, and ensuring quality output within defined schedules. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–5 years of related experience, and regular on-site attendance. Candidates must be able to work non-standard hours and contribute to a safe, efficient manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organization's products according to production specifications and schedules, volume, cost, and wastage targets or quality standards.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard or remanufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems from the product line/process to minimize reject levels.
• Act as a team leader when required, ensuring that work meets agreed targets by directly overseeing team members.
• Perform work of a similar nature to those supervised.
• Orient or provide guidance to team members but refer most matters to the superior.
