Job summary

AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families.

Collaboration with the care team, accurate charting, and ongoing professional development are essential to deliver safety and quality patient care. Qualifications include an RN license with BLS, 1+ year Med/Surg experience, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher preferred; Associate degree required.
• RN license and BLS certification required.
• Proficient in nursing care procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental and spiritual factors.
• Develop and update individualized care plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and therapies per physician orders and safety protocols.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and adherence.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and communicate effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and adjust plans as needed.
