Job summary

AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado is seeking a registered nurse for night shifts in a Med Surg setting. You will assess patients across physical and psychosocial domains, develop care plans, administer treatments, educate families, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires 1 year of Med Surg experience, Associate's of Nursing, and good English communication. A Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred. Relocation and sign-on options may be available.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation.
