HireArt is seeking an Operations Logistics Associate in Las Vegas, NV for a full-time, on-site contract role. You will support warehouse operations, manage material flow, and assist with kitting, milk-run logistics, and process improvements to keep the production environment efficient.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years experience or HS diploma with 6-8 years experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse material flow to dock, production, and shipping areas.
• Input and retrieve inventory data and process material movements in systems.
• Pull required materials to support the production schedule.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies with physical verification and updates.
• Maintain 5S standards and safety practices in the warehouse.
• Uncrate critical components for general assembly customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries.
