Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Team Leader for the 11pm-7am shift to guide the Material Handler group in a fully onsite role. You will influence safety culture, workplace organization, and on-time delivery while driving productivity and inventory control.

The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience in manufacturing, strong lean/TPS knowledge, and the ability to train others. Must be able to operate industrial trucks and related equipment as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and TPS principles.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Ability to operate industrial trucks and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production performance and coordinate material handler activities for the shift.
• Improve safety by proactively addressing physical safety issues and maintaining good housekeeping.
• Develop and implement improvement initiatives and Lean processes; communicate across team and production cells.
• Operate forklifts, hoists, tuggers and pallet jacks to load/move materials and products.
• Load/unload materials, prepare skids for shipment, and keep production areas organized.
