Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp. seeks a Team Leader to guide hourly employees, meet production schedules, and drive safety and quality in an onsite setting. You will coach, train, and develop the team while collaborating with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities include coaching, onboarding, scheduling, and promoting continuous improvement, with emphasis on safe, efficient operations and open communication across the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on leadership through ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training of team members.
• Assist in onboarding and training new employees on equipment operation, standard work, safety procedures, and quality expectations.
• Execute production schedules and monitor hourly performance to ensure on‑time delivery and productivity goals are met.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying value‑added (VA) and non‑value added (NVA) activities and implementing improvements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures through regular coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and other production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain open communication with team members and elevate concerns related to safety, quality, delivery, or personnel.
• Facilitate cross‑training and support workforce flexibility to meet operational demands.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and materials; coordinate maintenance requests as needed.
• Support and lead safety initiatives, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment and participating in incident investigations and corrective actions.
